Substitution Policy

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Areas

Exceptional Flowers of Delray provides flower delivery throughout Delray Beach.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 2:00 PM Monday through Friday and 1:00 PM Saturday and Sunday, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

A $8 same-day delivery surcharge applies to same-day orders.

Orders placed after the same-day cutoff will generally be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Standard Delivery

Our standard local delivery fee is $17.95.

Delivery Conditions

We make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested delivery times, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid recipient telephone number.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will make every reasonable effort to leave the arrangement in a safe and appropriate location when possible.

For hospitals, businesses, hotels, condominiums, gated communities, and other locations with special access procedures, customers should provide detailed delivery instructions.

Holiday delivery capacity may be limited, so advance ordering is recommended.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
