Give Exceptional Flowers creative freedom and one of our top designers will design a custom, one-of-a-kind arrangement personally for you. A lush and compact seasonal design, using the best premium flowers available, perfect for any occasion. We will sometimes make it extra special using a unique container (metal, glass, mosaic, colored glass, etc) purchased locally, and given a new chance to make someone happy!

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
